We're Hiring: Sales Executive
Location: Gurgaon, India

Guardian Financial Experts is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to understand client financial concerns and guide them toward suitable debt resolution and financial consultation services.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls.
* Understand clients' financial challenges and recommend appropriate debt settlement and financial solutions.
* Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional guidance and timely follow-ups.
* Explain company services, pricing, and the overall consultation process clearly.
* Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Coordinate with the legal and operations teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
* Follow company sales processes and maintain compliance with internal policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome to apply).
* 0–6 Months of experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or business development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage.
* Prior experience in financial services, loan settlement, banking, insurance, or customer service will be an added advantage.
