What You’ll Do:
· Lead the centre’s strategic direction and operational excellence.
· Develop and enhance learning programmes and curriculum quality.
· Oversee staff development, mentorship, and performance.
· Drive cross-centre initiatives and continuous process improvements.
· Manage student enrolments, budgets, and manpower planning.
· Ensure quality teaching, student well-being, and stakeholder engagement.
