Job Description
Hindustan Enterprises & Hindustan Plastics are looking for dynamic and experienced Field Sales Executives to expand our presence across dealer networks, institutional clients, government departments, and private sector projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, distributors, institutions, government departments, and private sector clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
- Promote and sell the company's product portfolio.
- Identify project opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in pipes, fittings, water tanks, building materials, plumbing products, construction materials, or related industries.
- Proven experience in product sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in:
- English
- Telugu
- Hindi
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel extensively.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience handling dealers, institutions, government departments, contractors, builders, consultants, or industrial customers.
- Knowledge of the construction, plumbing, water management, or infrastructure sectors.
