REAL Property is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Corporate Sales Manager for our Commercial Real Estate division. The candidate will be responsible for managing corporate clients, understanding their commercial space requirements, conducting site visits, and driving business growth through successful commercial property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with corporate clients, investors, business owners, and prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial office space and investment opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and property site visits.
- Handle the complete sales and leasing cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions and build long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, closures, and MIS reports.
- Stay updated on commercial real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Convert company-provided leads into successful business opportunities.
- Generate additional business through networking, referrals, and corporate outreach.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 10 years in Commercial Real Estate Sales, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or related fields.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Experience in office leasing, retail leasing, commercial property sales, or corporate sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
