Role: WordPress Architect

Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect enterprise-grade WordPress solutions
Lead development teams and provide technical mentorship
Define coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines
Develop custom themes, plugins, and integrations
Optimize website performance, scalability, and security
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
Manage complex migrations and third-party API integrations
Required Skills:
✔ 11+ years of WordPress development experience
✔ Expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs
✔ Strong experience with WordPress architecture, custom plugin/theme development
✔ Experience with WooCommerce and headless WordPress implementations
✔ Knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
✔ Strong understanding of web security and performance optimization
✔ Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
