Sales & Business Development
- Lead exhibitor, sponsorship, and partnership sales activities.
- Develop and implement annual sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new exhibitors, sponsors, and strategic partners globally.
- Build relationships with manufacturers, distributors, industry associations, and government entities.
- Conduct international sales missions and client meetings.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and commercial contracts.
- Develop new revenue streams and market expansion opportunities.
Event Project Management
- Direct end-to-end planning and execution of exhibitions and conferences.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, operational plans, and project milestones.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, finance, and registration teams.
- Monitor event performance and ensure successful delivery within budget and schedule.
- Manage venue contracts, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Industry Development
- Monitor trends in paper packaging, printing, recycling, renewable energy, solar, and sustainability sectors.
- Build relationships with industry stakeholders and government authorities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade missions.
