Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented SolidWorks Design Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience in 3D modeling, product design, and drafting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SolidWorks and a strong understanding of engineering design principles, manufacturing processes, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorks.
- Develop product designs based on customer requirements and engineering specifications.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation.
- Perform design modifications and engineering change requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and project management.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical support during product development.
- Assist in prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
- Maintain accurate design records and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (Part Modeling, Assembly, Sheet Metal, and Drafting).
- Good understanding of engineering drawing standards and GD&T.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, casting, or injection molding.
- Experience in creating BOMs and technical documentation.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
