Active Care Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated, organized, and patient-friendly Receptionist cum Doctor Assistant to support daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk management, patient coordination, appointment scheduling, basic administrative tasks, and assisting the physiotherapist in ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception Duties
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
- Manage patient registrations and maintain records.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain patient attendance and treatment schedules.
- Collect consultation and treatment fees and maintain billing records.
- Manage daily cash and payment entries.
Doctor Assistant Duties
- Prepare treatment areas before patient sessions.
- Assist the physiotherapist with patient positioning and setup of therapy equipment.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain patient files and treatment documentation.
- Assist in recording patient progress and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate patient flow to minimize waiting times.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain clinic inventory and stationery supplies.
- Keep records of patient packages, memberships, and payments.
- Manage filing, documentation, and basic data entry.
- Assist with social media inquiries and patient feedback collection.
- Support clinic events, health camps, and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email).
- Good communication skills in Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a patient-centric approach.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
