About the Role: Apidleads Digital Media is looking for a clear, confident, and organized Telecalling Executive to join our team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to verify information, gather feedback, or schedule appointments.
- Answer incoming queries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all calls and customer interactions in our database.
- Route complex queries or specific requests to the appropriate internal teams.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
- Active listening skills and polite, professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with data entry and managing spreadsheets.
- A dedicated, noise-free workspace at home.
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a working laptop/desktop with a headset.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred, but freshers with great communication skills are welcome to apply.
What We Offer
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month with no sales pressure.
