JOB TITLE : INDIVIDUAL CHANNEL PARTNER (REAL ESTATE SALES)

ROLE OVERVIEW :
We are looking for motivated individuals currently working in or experienced with real estate sales to join us as Individual Channel Partners. This is a flexible opportunity where you can work independently without the need for a registered company or office setup.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Generate client references through your network
- Connect with prospective buyers and explain project details
- Handle initial client communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the company for lead management (if leads are provided)
- Assist clients in understanding our residential and farmland projects in Dehradun Hills
- Align with the internal team for site visits and deal closures
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
SUPPORT FROM COMPANY :
- Verified Leads (if required)
- Site Visit Arrangements for clients
- Full backend support for documentation & closing
- Marketing materials and project training
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
- Experience in real estate sales or related field preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Existing network in property buyers or investors is a plus
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :
- Earnings: ₹5,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per month
