Hiring: Salesforce QA Test Engineer

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Test Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in testing highly customized Salesforce applications, building automation frameworks using Playwright (JavaScript), and leveraging AI-powered testing solutions to improve testing efficiency and quality.
This role requires hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, automation, API validation, CI/CD integration, and Agile delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation Framework Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright with JavaScript.
- Automate Salesforce UI testing for dynamic components.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Improve automation coverage and maintain reusable test scripts.
Salesforce Testing
- Validate highly customized Salesforce implementations including:
- Apex Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce Pages
- Salesforce Flows
- Custom Objects & Fields
- Profiles and Role-based Security
- Perform end-to-end testing across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
- Validate integrations, asynchronous processes, and third-party applications.
AI-Driven Testing
- Utilize AI-assisted testing tools to improve test automation.
- Implement self-healing automation strategies.
- Use AI/LLM tools for:
- Test case generation
- Impact analysis
- Automation optimization
- Stay updated with emerging AI testing technologies.
API Testing
- Test Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs.
- Validate API functionality using Postman or automation frameworks.
- Verify request/response validation and integration workflows.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Prepare QA metrics and test execution reports.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of QA experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Testing experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and customization.
- Experience testing:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- Custom Objects
- Salesforce Security
- Strong automation experience using Playwright (JavaScript).
- Experience handling:
- Shadow DOM
- Dynamic IDs
- iFrames
- Experience with AI-assisted testing tools.
- API testing using Postman or automation frameworks.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as:
- Jenkins
- GitHub Actions
- Azure DevOps
- Copado
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Preferred)
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification (Preferred)
