Job Title: HR Head – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all real estate functions.
- Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and training & development programs.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
- Partner with management on manpower planning and organizational development.
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of HR experience, with mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, induction, training, HR policies, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
