Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Team Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Conduct training sessions and performance reviews.
- Maintain HR records, policies, and employee engagement activities.
- Resolve employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with Resume, Training, Marketing, and Placement teams.
- Track service delivery timelines and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs.
- Improve processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Sales Management
- Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Develop sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct sales meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper CRM updates and sales reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in HR operations and sales management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Operations, or Sales Management.
