About the Role
We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer who can create high-quality 2D and 3D videos, animations, product visuals, and promotional content. The ideal candidate should have strong visual creativity and practical experience working on multiple completed projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create professional 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations and videos.
- Develop product animations, technical/product visualization, promotional videos and social media content.
- Convert concepts, product drawings or storyboards into engaging visual content.
- Create 3D models, product renders, animations and realistic scenes where required.
- Add camera movements, lighting, textures, effects, transitions and sound synchronization.
- Work with the marketing/design team to understand project requirements and deliver videos within deadlines.
- Modify and revise videos based on feedback.
- Maintain high-quality output suitable for digital marketing, presentations, websites and social media.
Required Experience
- Minimum 20 successfully completed motion graphic/video projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both 2D and/or 3D animation work.
- Experience creating videos from concept to final render.
- Experience with product/industrial visualization will be an added advantage.
Required Software Skills
Candidate should be proficient in relevant motion graphics and 3D software. Experience with multiple tools is preferred.
2D / Motion Graphics:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro

- Adobe Photoshop
3D / Animation:
- Blender 3D
- DAZ 3D
- Cinema 4D
- Autodesk 3ds Max / Maya
- Houdini
Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of motion design, animation principles and visual storytelling.
- Good knowledge of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rigging and rendering.
- Ability to create realistic product and industrial animations.
- Understanding of camera angles, composition and cinematic movement.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and ability to understand technical requirements.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in industrial products, machinery, engineering, manufacturing, product demonstrations or technical animations will be preferred.
Portfolio Requirement
Portfolio is mandatory. Candidate should provide:
- Minimum 20 completed projects
- 2D motion graphic samples
- 3D animation/product visualization samples
- Human/character animation samples, if available
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
