Our goal is to make buying rooftop solar as simple and desirable as buying a home appliance, and moveaway from the complex industry jargon seen today.
We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help build and scale the products that power our business. You'll work across the stack, from designing PostgreSQL schemas to shipping polished ReactJS interfaces, and you'll have real ownership over features from concept to deployment.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain web applications using NodeJS on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend
Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and migrations for performance and scalability
Build and consume RESTful APIs, and integrate with third-party services
Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, or similar services)
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
Debug and resolve production issues, with attention to performance and reliability
Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
Contribute to architectural decisions and help improve engineering practices as the codebase and team grow
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of professional experience as a software engineer working across the full stack
Solid hands-on experience with NodeJS (Express or similar frameworks) for backend development
Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization
Experience building production frontend applications with ReactJS (hooks, state management, component architecture)
Practical experience deploying and managing applications on AWS
Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and standard software development workflows
Good understanding of REST API design and authentication/authorization patterns
Strong debugging skills and the ability to reason about performance and scalability tradeoffs
Good communication skills and comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
Nice to Have
Experience with TypeScript
Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployments
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment
Prior experience building customer-facing apps or internal admin/ops tooling
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
