Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide detailed product information, achieve sales targets, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Typical responsibilities in jewellery retail include customer assistance, explaining jewellery specifications, billing support, stock handling, and maintaining showroom displays.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs.
- Explain product details such as purity, weight, making charges, certifications, and pricing.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Handle billing, payment processing, and sales documentation.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management and stock verification.
- Stay updated on new collections, offers, and jewellery trends.
- Follow company policies related to security, customer service, and inventory handling.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Experience in jewellery sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
- Strong customer handling and sales skills.
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
- Ability to work during weekends and festive seasons.
