About the Role
Evoke Hair Clinic is looking for an experienced Hair Patch / Hair System Technician who can deliver high-quality, natural-looking hair replacement solutions and provide an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hair patch fixing, hair system installation, customization, cutting, styling, maintenance, and servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hair patch, hair toupee, and non-surgical hair replacement system installations.
- Handle different fixing methods, including bonding, clipping, and taping.
- Customize hair systems according to the client's scalp, face shape, hairstyle, and requirements.
- Cut, blend, style, and finish hair systems to achieve a natural appearance.
- Perform hair system servicing, refixing, cleaning, maintenance, and adhesive removal.
- Take accurate measurements and assist in selecting the appropriate hair system.
- Educate clients about maintenance, hygiene, aftercare, and the expected life of the hair system.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety during all procedures.
- Maintain client records and service details as per clinic processes.
- Coordinate with consultants and the clinic team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat servicing and referrals.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Hair Patch / Hair System Technician preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hair patch fixing, bonding, taping, clipping, cutting, blending, and styling.
- Experience working with different types of hair systems and adhesives.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Professional appearance and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced clinic environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow Evoke Hair Clinic's service standards and protocols.
