ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically curious Electrical Engineer Intern to join our Electrical Engineering team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a 2026 M.Tech graduate looking to build a career in electrical design, semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, and precision machinery.
The selected candidate will work closely with experienced electrical and multidisciplinary engineering teams and gain hands-on exposure to AC/DC power distribution, electrical control systems, PLC/automation, electrical schematics, testing, troubleshooting, and semiconductor equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to:

Assist senior engineers in the design and development of electrical systems for semiconductor equipment
●
Support the preparation and modification of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, single-line diagrams (SLD), and three-line diagrams.
●
Assist in developing electrical product specifications, test procedures, and engineering documentation.
●
Support preparation of library parts for SolidWorks, electrical drawings, bills of materials (BOM), support engineering change management processes.
●
Assist with AC/DC power distribution design and basic electrical calculations related to load analysis, phase balancing, power requirements, and related parameters under the guidance of senior engineers.
●
Support troubleshooting of electrical systems and help identify root causes of electrical issues.
●
Gain hands-on exposure to PLC and industrial automation control systems.
●
Support engineers in identifying suitable electrical components and alternatives for obsolete components.
●
Learn and apply relevant electrical standards and safety requirements, including SEMI and NFPA standards.
●
Collaborate with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and other engineering teams.
●
Follow company quality, safety, and engineering procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
●
Strong fundamentals in Electrical Engineering.
●
Good understanding of AC/DC electrical systems and power distribution.
●
Basic knowledge of electrical control systems and industrial automation.
●
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
●
Basic understanding of PLC and automation systems.
●
Familiarity with electrical testing and measurement instruments.
●
Basic understanding of electrical calculations such as load analysis, power calculations, and phase balancing.
●
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
●
Strong interest in semiconductor equipment, industrial machinery, and automation.
●
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
●
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

PREFERRED / ADDED ADVANTAGE
●
Academic projects involving electrical system design, automation, PLC, control systems, or industrial equipment.

Familiarity with SEMI, NFPA, ANSI, or IEC electrical standards.

Hands-on experience with electrical laboratory equipment.
●
Exposure to AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, MATLAB, or similar engineering tools.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

M.Tech / M.E. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.

2026 Pass-Out candidates only.
●
Candidates with strong academic projects or practical exposure in electrical design, automation, control systems, or semiconductor equipment will be preferred.
