Position Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising housekeeping operations across the University campus, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in academic buildings, offices, hostels, common areas, and other facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations across the campus.
- Allocate duties and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Ensure timely cleaning of classrooms, offices, hostels, restrooms, laboratories, and common areas.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, consumables, and inventory.
- Coordinate with the Facility Manager and maintenance team to resolve housekeeping-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain attendance, duty rosters, inspection reports, and housekeeping records.
- Train housekeeping staff on SOPs, safety practices, and service quality.
- Support housekeeping arrangements during university events and special occasions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in educational institutions, hospitals, hotels, or corporate campuses.

Pay: ₹9,896.27 - ₹557,416.48 per month
