Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain security and safety across the hotel premises, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, parking areas, and staff entrances.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections to identify and report safety or security risks.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards and ensure proper deployment at assigned locations.
- Monitor CCTV, access-control systems, fire alarm panels, and other security equipment.
- Control and monitor entry and exit of guests, employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
- Maintain proper records of incidents, accidents, lost & found items, visitor entries, key movements, and security activities.
- Respond quickly to incidents such as theft, unauthorized access, guest disturbances, fights, fire emergencies, medical emergencies, and other security-related situations.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, HR, F&B, and other departments on security and safety matters.
- Assist in emergency evacuation, fire drills, disaster management, and other emergency-response procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security policies, SOPs, local laws, and safety regulations.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports for management.
- Handle guest complaints and security-related concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Ensure proper control and custody of master keys, emergency keys, access cards, and other security-sensitive items.
- Conduct regular checks of fire exits, emergency exits, restricted areas, and critical installations and report deficiencies.
- Support management during VIP visits, special events, conferences, weddings, and high-occupancy periods.
- Liaise with local police, fire brigade, ambulance services, and other authorities when required.
- Train security team members on hotel SOPs, emergency procedures, access control, customer service, and incident handling.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information, hotel operations, investigations, and security matters.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Security Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Typically 2–5 years of security experience, preferably in a hotel, hospitality, commercial property, or similar environment.
- Experience in supervising security personnel is preferred for the Security Supervisor position.
- Good knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire and life-safety systems, emergency procedures, and incident reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies.
- Physically fit, alert, disciplined, and professionally groomed.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of local security procedures and coordination with police/emergency services is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
