- Working knowledge of Lumion and Photoshop
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Technical & Design Skills
- Strong in planning and architectural designing
- Ability to prepare presentations
- Skilled in drawing preparation, including detailed working drawings
- Experience in detailed drawing submissions
- Regulatory Knowledge
- Well versed with DCPR 2034 and local building regulations
- Communication Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities
- Role Expectation
- Candidate should be capable of handling Architectural Drafting responsibilities independently
