About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and results-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Ginesys - OMS product. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with the development team to deliver high-quality software.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the OMS product

Perform thorough functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing

Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues

Validate integrations with courier partners, courier aggregators, and external ERP/POS/WMS systems
-
Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability and scalability
-
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
-
Participate in code reviews to understand the codebase and identify potential issues from a quality perspective
-
Create and maintain test documentation / regression suite, including test cases, test data, and test results
-
Assist in user acceptance testing and provide support during product releases

Utilize SQL queries for data validation and to ensure data integrity within the system

Contribute to the automation of test cases.

Stay updated on industry best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
Requirements:
-
2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

Experience in writing and executing test cases.
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of databases (MySQL) and APIs.
Good to Have:

Experience in the e-commerce field, particularly with inventory and order management systems.

Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
-
Knowledge of API testing and integration testing.

Experience with performance and load testing.
