Key Responsibilities1. Career Counselling & Student Support (50%)
- Conduct career counselling sessions for students and job seekers.
- Guide candidates on career paths, certifications, internships, and placement opportunities.
- Assess candidate profiles and recommend suitable career options.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, website, and referral channels.
- Maintain counselling records and candidate databases.
- Support students throughout the placement process.
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (30%)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Maintain applicant tracking records and recruitment reports.
- Support campus hiring and internship programs.
3. Social Media & Employer Branding (20%)
- Create and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Promote job openings, internships, training programs, and company initiatives.
- Respond to candidate inquiries received through social media.
- Assist in organizing webinars, career guidance sessions, and recruitment drives.
- Monitor social media engagement and prepare performance reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Basic social media content creation skills.
- Good proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, counselling, or related roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
