Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager with 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing SEO strategies for both domestic and international clients, leading a team, and ensuring consistent organic growth through technical excellence and data-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for domestic and international clients.
- Lead and mentor the SEO team to achieve campaign objectives.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize websites through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, including crawl analysis, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
- Manage link-building campaigns and monitor backlink quality.
- Coordinate directly with clients, understand business goals, and provide regular performance updates.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of SEO experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience handling domestic and international SEO projects.
- Proven experience in team management and client coordination.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
