Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Revenue: Achieve and exceed regional sales targets for property listings, lead generation, and premium subscription packages.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives and territory managers.
Channel Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with real estate agents, developers, and brokers to secure high-value property listings
.Market Expansion: Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand to identify new growth opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Set individual and regional quotas, evaluate sales metrics, and implement corrective measures to boost productivity.
RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of B2B or real estate sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a regional team-handling role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.Tech Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region.
