NGO Finance & Compliance Executive
Qualifications
* B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory).
* MBA (Finance) or CA Inter (Preferred).
* 3–7 years of experience with an NGO, Trust, Foundation, or Section 8 Company.
* Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, Advanced MS Excel, and MS Office.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Core Knowledge
* NGO Accounting & Bookkeeping.
* Tally Prime & Financial Management.
* Budgeting, MIS & Financial Reporting.
* Bank Reconciliation & Expense Management.
* Audit Preparation & CA Coordination.
* CSR Project Accounting & Donor Reporting.
* Documentation & Record Management.
NGO & Government Compliance
* Trust, Society & Section 8 Company Compliance.
* 12A, 80G, CSR-1 & FCRA (where applicable).
* NITI Aayog DARPAN Registration & Updates.
* Basic knowledge of Income Tax, TDS & statutory compliances.
* Hands-on experience with Government Portals for registrations, renewals, filings, reporting, and documentation.
* Preparation and submission of applications, compliance documents, and official records to Government Departments.
* Coordination with Government Authorities, Banks, Chartered Accountants, Auditors, and Donors.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain complete NGO accounts in Tally Prime.
* Verify monthly bills, vouchers, payments, and bank transactions.
* Prepare budgets, MIS, financial reports, reconciliations, and utilization statements.
* Manage statutory registrations, renewals, filings, and compliance.
* Handle Government portal work, online applications, and documentation.
* Prepare official letters, reports, proposals, presentations, and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
* Maintain legal, financial, project, and compliance records in an organized manner.
* Track action points, compliance deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up.
* Support audits, inspections, donor reporting, and management reviews.
* Assist the management in day-to-day finance, compliance, and administrative coordination.

Travel Requirement
- The candidate should be willing to travel as required for official work to project locations, including Nagpur, Gadchiroli, and other locations based on organizational requirements.
- Travel may be required for coordination with Government Departments, project visits, audits, donor meetings, training programs, and other official assignments.
- Travel Allowance (TA) and other approved travel expenses incurred for official work will be reimbursed/provided by the organization as per the organization's travel policy.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
