We are looking for a motivated Sales Trainee to join our solar sales team. The candidate will be trained in rooftop solar sales, customer handling, site visits, and basic technical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field activities, calls, and references
- Attend customer enquiries and explain solar solutions
- Conduct basic site visits with senior staff
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Coordinate with technical and office teams
- Update daily sales activities and lead status
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree (Engineering preferred but not mandatory)
- Interest in solar and renewable energy
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English)
- Willingness to do field work
- Two-wheeler required
