Job description:
Job Summary:Operate and maintain CNC Plasma cutting machinery to manufacture high-quality components for lighting poles, high masts, and flag masts. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum machine uptime, precise cutting, and strict adherence to safety and maintenance schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Plasma cutting equipment to meet daily production targets while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and inspect equipment for signs of wear or malfunction.
- Promptly report any technical issues, machine breakdowns, or maintenance needs to the Production Manager or Admin Department.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean and safe, adhering to all workplace safety protocols, including mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machine operation and material handling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Plasma Operator, preferably in the metal manufacturing industry.
- Strong ability to diagnose machine performance issues early and communicate them effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining clear documentation and logs for machine maintenance and production output.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
