We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with 6–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, ITSM processes, and integrations.
- Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and implement ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
- Develop using ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies)
- Customize workflows, forms, and dashboards
- Build and support ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Work on Service Portal development and UI customization
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer
- Perform data imports, transformations, and migrations
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and coding standards
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- ServiceNow platform development
- ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
- Expertise in:
- JavaScript and Glide scripting
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
- Experience with:
- REST/SOAP integrations and APIs
- Service Portal / UI Builder
- Knowledge of:
- CMDB and Asset Management
- Access control (ACLs), roles, and security
