We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) for infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, drainage, utilities, and commercial developments. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, billing, vendor evaluation, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from drawings and specifications
- Perform quantity take-offs for civil and infrastructure works
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and rate analysis
- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills (RA Bills / Final Bills)
- Track project cost, variations, and change orders
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project teams
- Monitor material consumption and cost variance
- Assist in tendering, bid analysis, and contract documentation
- Prepare MIS reports and project cost reports
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and commercial targets
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge in QS, Billing & Estimation
- BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
- Cost control and budgeting
- Contract administration
- Vendor / subcontractor management
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP software
Experience
7-10 years of Experience in QS related to road, bridges and Highway
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Quantity Surveying certification preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
