We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent. While we provide training on our specific tools and industry niche, you should bring a strong foundation in human resources and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire hiring process from the initial intake meeting with managers to the final job offer.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to find niche talent (e.g., the Server Administrator role).
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, timely, and positive experience.
- Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct in-depth behavioral and technical screenings to ensure candidates align with company values and job requirements.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor to attract "passive" candidates.
- Onboarding Management: Oversee the transition from "candidate" to "employee," ensuring all legal and internal paperwork is completed.
- Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- High Emotional Intelligence: Ability to build rapport quickly and "read between the lines" during interviews.
- Sales Mindset: Ability to effectively "sell" the company’s vision and the role’s benefits to top-tier talent.
- Time Management: Capable of balancing multiple open requisitions across different departments simultaneously.
- Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of labor laws and fair hiring practices to ensure compliance.
- Professionalism: High level of integrity when handling confidential salary and personal data.
Experience
- Required: Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or high-level talent sourcing role.
- Required: Proven track record of managing high volumes of applications or complex schedules.
- Preferred: Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or advanced LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
- Preferred: Experience hiring for both technical (IT/Server) and non-technical roles.
Pay: ₹10,708.52 - ₹30,183.43 per month
