Accountant (Property Management)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2–4 Years
LOCATION: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
SHIFT: US Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Mandatory Skills: US Accounting, Property Management, AP/AR, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, Yardi/AppFolio
Preferred Candidate Profile:
2–4 years of experience in US Property Management or Real Estate Accounting.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, property tax regulations, and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger processes.
Proficiency in Yardi, AppFolio, or MRI Software preferred.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with US-based clients.
