Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage labor teams and monitor productivity.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare progress reports.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor material deliveries, stock, and site inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Resolve on-site execution issues and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out site supervision.
- Experience in residential, commercial, and retail projects.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Own vehicle preferred for site visits.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of BOQ and site measurements.
- Vendor and labor management experience.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
Salary
- ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and capability)
