HR & Admin Ops Executive | Gurugram
Gilco Global is looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance administration, and day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
- Prepare HR letters and employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
- Support office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
- Assist in maintaining compliance and administrative records.
Requirements
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR and/or administrative experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HRMS platforms will be an advantage.
