Position: TGT Computer Teacher
Department: Academics
Experience: 0-2 years preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Computer Science/Information Technology to Classes 6–10 as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging theoretical and practical computer lessons.
- Conduct programming, coding, database, networking, and application-based activities as per the syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Evaluate students’ performance and maintain academic records.
- Manage and maintain the computer lab and ensure proper use of equipment.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom learning.
- Guide students in practical projects, coding activities, and technology-based competitions.
- Maintain classroom discipline and provide academic support to students.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school management when required.
- Participate in school events, clubs, workshops, and other academic activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science, Programming, IT, and Digital Technologies.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
- Knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment pattern.
- Ability to use technology effectively for teaching and learning.
