Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant cum Accounts Assistant to support daily office operations and accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and documentation
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain filing systems and records
- Prepare invoices and purchase orders
- Record accounting transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements
- Support payroll and basic bookkeeping
- Coordinate with vendors and customers
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
