Job Title: Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning(AI/ML) Developer
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer with 3-5 years of expertise to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence models to solve real-world business challenges. The role involves working with large datasets, developing custom algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intelligent solutions that support business growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI/ML algorithms, cloud platforms, and deployment practices, along with an aptitude for problem-solving and optimizing AI-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Programming Languages: Skilled in Python and R for data analysis and model development.
- Financial Modeling: Experience in time-series forecasting (e.g., ARIMA, LSTM, Prophet), regression, classification, and financial risk assessment.
- Data Management: Expertise in processing large financial datasets with Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Machine Learning: Proficient in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras for developing predictive models.
- Cloud & Deployment: Familiar with AWS, GCP, Azure, and container tools like Docker and Kubernetes for model deployment.
- Financial Insights: Strong understanding of financial metrics, market trends, and KPIs for effective forecasting.
- Version Control: Proficient with Git for code versioning and team collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to transform complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Communication: Able to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and work cross-functionally.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
