About the Role
We are a fast-growing digital media agency managing SEO and digital marketing for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries (automotive, FMCG, finance, manufacturing, and more). We're looking for a hands-on SEO Executive who can independently drive organic growth across multiple client websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies across multiple client websites
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures
- Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema, mobile-friendliness) and coordinate fixes
- Build quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and directory submissions
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and the design team to implement SEO recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar)
- Proficiency in GA4 and Google Search Console
- Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Knowledge of e-commerce SEO (Amazon, Flipkart listings, etc.)
- Basic understanding of regional/multilingual SEO
- Exposure to Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization
