HACA is looking for a passionate and skilled Data Analytics Trainer to train and mentor students in developing practical, industry-ready data analytics skills.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on training, explaining analytical concepts in a simple and practical manner, guiding students through real-world projects, and helping them develop the technical and analytical skills required to pursue careers in Data Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and practical Data Analytics training sessions.
- Teach data analytics concepts from beginner to advanced levels.
- Train students on industry-relevant tools and technologies such as:
- Microsoft Excel
- SQL
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Python for Data Analytics
- Other relevant analytics tools
- Teach concepts including:
- Data Cleaning & Preparation
- Data Analysis
- Data Visualization
- Descriptive & Basic Statistical Analysis
- Dashboard Development
- Data Interpretation
- Reporting & Business Insights
- SQL Queries & Database Fundamentals
- Guide students through real-world datasets and practical business use cases.
- Help students understand how to convert raw data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Design and conduct practical assignments, exercises, case studies, and projects.
- Guide students in creating industry-relevant data analytics projects and portfolios.
- Review student assignments and projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify individual learning gaps and provide personalized mentoring and support.
- Conduct project reviews, assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
- Keep students updated on current data analytics trends, tools, technologies, and industry practices.
- Help students understand real-world applications of analytics across areas such as marketing, finance, sales, operations, and business.
- Guide students in preparing for Data Analyst roles, interviews, and practical assessments.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to the academic team.
- Collaborate with other trainers and the academic team to continuously improve the learning experience.
