We are hiring a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive for our luxury home décor showroom Address Home in Shankar Nagar, Raipur.
Address Home is a leading luxury home décor brand in India, known for premium lifestyle and décor collections including cushions, bed linen, tableware, sculptures, vases, and curated décor pieces. The brand caters to customers seeking refined, contemporary, and high-end home styling solutions.
The role involves assisting walk-in clients, understanding their preferences, recommending suitable décor products, and ensuring a premium in-store experience aligned with luxury retail standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and assist with product selection
- Understand client preferences and suggest suitable décor solutions
- Provide product explanations and styling guidance
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat visits
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain showroom presentation and product display
- Stay updated on new collections and product knowledge
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing, orders, and follow-ups
- Ensure a premium customer experience at all times
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 year experience in retail or showroom sales
- Good English and Hindi communication skills
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and professional personality
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a premium retail environment
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in luxury retail, home décor, furniture, or lifestyle brands
- Interest in interiors and décor styling
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Stable job history
