Position: Faculty – Biochemistry & MMLT
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Academic Delivery
Deliver theory and practical lectures in Biochemistry and MMLT subjects as per academic curriculum.
- Practical Laboratory Training
Conduct laboratory practicals, demonstrations, and train students in diagnostic and biochemical testing procedures.
- Lesson Planning & Syllabus Completion
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and ensure timely completion of syllabus.
- Student Assessment & Mentoring
Conduct internal assessments, evaluate practical/theory performance, and provide academic guidance to students.
- Laboratory & Record Management
Maintain laboratory equipment, practical records, attendance, and departmental documentation.
- Compliance & Academic Support
Support inspections, accreditation work, and ensure adherence to institutional academic standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: M.Sc Biochemistry / MMLT
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching/clinical lab experience
- Age: 25–40 years
Required Skills:
- Strong subject and laboratory knowledge
- Practical demonstration skills
- Good communication and teaching ability
- Documentation & record maintenance
- Student mentoring capability
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on qualification & experience)**
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
