Role Overview
We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Field Sales Interns who are passionate about meeting business owners and helping them adopt digital solutions. This role provides hands-on experience in B2B field sales, customer acquisition, product demonstrations, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores, restaurants, medical stores, wholesalers, distributors, and other MSMEs.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Present and demonstrate DigiGini Bookz to business owners.
- Explain product features, pricing, and business benefits clearly.
- Convert prospects into trial users and paying customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Assist customers with onboarding and initial product setup.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead updates, and sales activities in the CRM/reporting system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Any graduate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in meeting and interacting with business owners.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with field travel and outdoor sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
