About the Role
SMARRTIF AI is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Gen AI Instructor to deliver training on Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Python, AI Agents, and AI-powered tools to both corporate and individual learners. This opportunity is ideal for candidates at the early stages of their careers who possess practical exposure to AI technologies and a strong interest in teaching and mentoring.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- 8–12 months of experience through internships, projects, training roles, or professional work in AI/ML or Generative AI.
- Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio of AI-related projects and demonstrable skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting and progressively lead live training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Deliver training on Generative AI fundamentals, Prompt Engineering, Python programming, and AI tools.
- Support the development and enhancement of training curriculum, learning materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Design and build small hands-on projects, including basic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and prompt-based applications.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) content and monitor learner progress.
- Simplify complex AI concepts and adapt explanations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agent frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python programming, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Exposure to FastAPI, Streamlit, or similar application development frameworks.
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering principles and best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating AI-powered applications, chatbots, automation workflows, or AI integrations.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Prior experience in training, tutoring, mentoring, or conducting workshops will be an advantage.
- Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Generative AI.
