- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
- Coordinate with nutritionists, therapists, and clinic staff.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers and membership renewals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
