Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Job Summary
The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting human resource functions and overseeing day-to-day administrative activities. The role includes recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll support, employee record maintenance, office administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support salary processing.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries related to HR processes and benefits.
- Support employee engagement and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Administration
- Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
- Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics when required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and record keeping.
- Support management with administrative reports and data management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and administration functions.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or relevant certification.

- Knowledge of statutory compliance, PF, ESI, and labor regulations.
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 2–5 years (can be adjusted based on company requirements)
Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Panchkula, Haryana
