About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage the operations of our Kozhikode branch. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the study abroad industry, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Kozhikode branch and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the counselling, marketing, and documentation teams to deliver high performance.
- Monitor student applications, admissions, and visa processing to ensure timely completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and partners.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to staff for skill enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify business opportunities, expand branch reach, and strengthen brand presence in Kozhikode and nearby regions.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on sales performance, operations, and achievements to management.
- Resolve escalated issues and provide excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the study abroad/overseas education industry.
- Strong understanding of international admissions, university tie-ups, visa processes, and compliance.
- Demonstrated success in branch/operations management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications in overseas education counselling or related areas will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
