Accountability Supporting Actions
Client Acquisition & Business Development o Identify and acquire new HNI clients through self-sourcing, references, and market networking. o Drive business growth by pitching products and other investment avenues. o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across key parameters.
Channel Activation and Growth o Drives activation and empanelment of new clients to achieve higher sales volumes o Engages with new clients to ensure activation of dormant relationships and addition of new relationships o Partners with corporates to ensure ongoing sales growth ensures positioning of ABSLAMC as a preferred and most trusted AMC. o Facilitates segmentation within the respective channels to adapt different strategies for catering to various distributors
Client Engagement o Meets clients on a regular basis and identifies potential ones to be earmarked for higher business opportunities
o Disseminates updates and other product related information to respective channels on time o Drives client’s engagement programs for respective channel
Business development Support
o Works closely with the BD team to provide feedback from the market and follows up on action plans set out by the BD team o Designs and implements various events, contests and promotional activities to ensure visibility.
Compliance & Reporting o Ensures that all statutory regulations related to information sharing, application processing & publicity are complied with o Ensures AMFI Certification of team members is updated within stipulated time o Furnishes relevant sales reports to Regional & Zonal Head o Ensures that sales portal is up-to-date with requisite information provided by RMs
Team & People Management
o Provides regular guidance and develops capabilities of team members through regular feedback sharing o Evaluates consolidated reports and monitors performance of RM’s on weekly basis and takes corrective measures for any deviations from required achievements
