We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our automobile sales and service operations. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, generating leads, scheduling appointments, promoting vehicle sales and service offers, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for vehicle sales, test drives, and service appointments.
- Follow up with customer inquiries received through phone, website, social media, and walk-ins.
- Inform customers about new vehicle launches, promotions, exchange offers, financing options, and service campaigns.
- Schedule appointments for sales consultations, test drives, and vehicle servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle purchase or service to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams for customer requirements and appointment management.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or automotive industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
