Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Business Development Manager to drive our international business growth and expand our global presence. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing export markets, appointing international distributors, generating overseas business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with global buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export business strategies to expand international sales.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, importers, wholesalers, and channel partners across different countries.
- Generate new international business opportunities through LinkedIn, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, B2B portals, digital campaigns, trade directories, and other lead generation platforms.
- Build strong relationships with supermarkets, retail chains, beauty stores, pharmacies, wholesalers, and modern trade partners in international markets.
- Research new markets, identify potential customers, and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and distribution agreements with overseas clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of international buyers and business partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, logistics, export documentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.
- Achieve export sales targets and contribute to the company's global business expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or Export Marketing.
- Proven experience in developing international markets and appointing distributors.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, international trade, and global business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from the Cosmetics, Personal Care, Beauty, Skincare, Haircare, Herbal, Ayurvedic, or FMCG industry will be given preference.
- Candidates with an existing network of international distributors, importers, buyers, supermarket chains, or retail partners will have an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of independently driving international business growth.
