Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of distributor and retail networks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for business development.
KPIs: Sales target achievement, distributor onboarding, market expansion, brand visibility, customer retention, and collection efficiency.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
